“I feel that I am ready for management now since we started working together early January and broke down my core attributes. plan. The only “action step” was to complete the Pathways to Leadership Pre Branch Management program. There was no specific action planning or SMART goals set for me to really get to this goal. The previous year, up until July for equal benchmarking, I had 15 new hires and only 5 exceed their goals. The area manager also commented that he feels that “since January, our new hires have been better prepared and have come to
the table with better laid out marketing plans and SMART goals.”
I feel that I have excelled in my current position because now I am giving it 120%-my eyes are opened, having a supportive business coach is a necessity for everyone.
