Case Study- Financial Planner

by

THE CHALLENGE:

An experienced financial services professional felt like she could accomplish more in her career. She wanted to make up for lost time and be further along in her career than she was.

The goal was to achieve a production level in her first year that on average, other experienced agents take 3 years or more to accomplish.

THE SOLUTION:

We worked together one time per week for 90 minutes over a 4 month period. During that time we discovered that one of her strengths was seeing the big picture (seeing structure, rules, order, and planning). We utilized this strength in implementing a goal achievement model. She developed the ability to effectively set short term goals to reach her longer term goal. We also implemented a method to measure her progress so she could make adjustments leading to further progress towards her goal.

THE RESULTS:

She will achieve her one year production goal. She reached a high level of production 3 times faster than is expected for experienced agents joining the company.

She has also been awarded with two professional designations. She set and achieved a goal of arranging time to study, while still producing at a high level and having quality time for herself.
