Case Study- Architect

THE CHALLENGE:

An architect felt he was missing something which would help get him to the next level. He had been running his business successfully for 15 years but was uncomfortable with the “peaks and valleys” he was experiencing. In addition he was not intensely and consistently focused on his goals and wanted to develop an unwavering belief that he could in fact accomplish all of his goals.

THE SOLUTION:

We worked together 1 time per week for a few hours over a period of 4 months. Using spaced repetition, we focused on creating a belief system based on personal achievement.

Within a short period of time, he came to realize that a big piece of what he was missing was that he had a lot of big goals but no action towards them. We implemented a process which allowed him to define and prioritize his goals and focus weekly on accomplishing the steps which would move him closer to reaching his goals.

THE RESULTS:

He has gained clarity of what is important to him both in business and personally and all of his actions are now directed toward a specific goal where they were not prior. He is thinking more strategically and with a weekly action plan, he has taken steps to improve his business, which he had not done in a long time. Taking goal directed actions, he is now close to completing a book and a plan book to increase his credibility and his reach. He has started a seminar series which after one seminar has already brought in 1 new client and 2 prospects.

To reach his goals, he has started thinking much bigger. He has implemented ideas to gain business nationally to not be limited by geography. In addition, he is creating local markets and increasing local market penetration by renewing existing relationships. As a result, he has taken in 17 new projects over the last 30 days. This is more than the last 5 months combined.
